We work with print-on-demand manufacturing partners to produce your items.

Because each product is made when ordered:

2–7 business days

 

Processing time may be longer during:

 

Holidays

 

New product launches

 

High-volume sales (Black Friday, Cyber Monday)

 

 

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when your order ships.

 

2. Shipping Times & Methods

 

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

 

Estimated Shipping Times (U.S.):

 

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

 

Express (if available): 2–4 business days

 

 

International Shipping:

 

Times vary by country and customs processing.

Most orders arrive in 8–20 business days, but delays are possible.

 

3. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Carrier rates

 

 

Some products may ship separately depending on the print provider.

 

4. Tracking Your Order

 

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number (when available).

Some international carriers provide limited tracking information.

 

5. Delays

 

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Weather conditions

 

Customs

 

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

 

High-volume seasonal surges

 

 

Delays do not qualify for refunds.

 

6. Wrong or Incomplete Address

 

If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout:

 

 We cannot refund or replace the order.

 

If the package returns to the print-on-demand facility, you may request reshipment — new shipping fees will apply.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

 

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:

 

Check with neighbors

 

Check alternate delivery locations (porch, garage, etc.)

 

Contact the carrier

 

 

If the carrier confirms delivery, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

 

If the carrier declares the package lost, we will submit a replacement order for you.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with:

 

Order number

 

Photos of the damage/issue

 

Description of the problem

We will work with our print provider to send a replacement or approve a refund.

 

9. International Taxes & Fees

 

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, import duties, or taxes required by their country.

 

These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

 

10. Split Shipments

 

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages depending on:

 

Availability

 

Print provider locations

 

Product type

 

 

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
