Thank you for shopping with The Paw-Tastic Adventures of Stormie & Friends™!

Because many of our products are custom-made and/or digital, our refund guidelines differ by product type.

 

This policy explains when refunds or replacements are available.

 

2. Refunds for Digital Products

 

This applies to:

 

Printables

 

Coloring pages

 

Journals

 

Planners

 

Activity pages

 

Downloadable files

 

E-books

 

Membership digital items

 

 

 All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot reverse access or verify non-use, therefore no refunds will be issued for any reason.

 

3. Refunds for Physical Products (POD Merchandise)

 

Most physical products are produced through print-on-demand partners.

Because each item is made especially for you at the time of purchase:

 

 We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

 

However, we will replace or refund items that arrive:

 

Damaged

 

Defective

 

Misprinted

 

Incorrect due to a manufacturing error

 

4. Reporting a Problem with an Order

 

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

 

Order number

 

Full name

 

Photos of the damage/defect

 

Description of the issue

 

 

We will submit the claim to our print-on-demand partner for replacement or refund approval.

 

5. Lost Packages

 

If your package shows as "delivered" but you can’t find it:

 

Check with neighbors

 

Check alternate delivery locations

 

Confirm the address entered at checkout

 

 

If the package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we cannot issue refunds.

If the carrier declares the package lost, we will work with you to replace the order.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

 

If a customer enters an incorrect address and the order ships:

 

 We cannot offer a refund or replacement.

 

If the order is returned to sender, we can reship it — the customer pays the new shipping fee.

 

7. Processing Refunds or Replacements

 

If your claim is approved:

 

Replacements are typically sent automatically at no cost

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

 

Refund processing time is 5–10 business days

 

8. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

 

Digital downloads

 

Personalized/custom items

 

Books signed by the author

 

Gift cards

 

Items purchased through third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, etc.)

 

9. Exchanges

 

We do not offer size or style exchanges for print-on-demand items.
